Goods sold may be exchanged, subject to stock availability or returned within 7 days of purchase provided that the original invoice and completed exchange-return request form is presented. Made-to-Order items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned once your order is confirmed.
Refunds for online purchases will not include refunds towards shipping, taxes and/or duties, if any. Refunds for merchandise purchased with a gift card will be credited back to the existing gift card of the customer, no cash refunds will be given towards a gift card purchase. Any voucher that is redeemed for an online purchase will be refunded less the net value of the voucher.
Customers are responsible for any shipping fees incurred in the process of exchanging. Please use express mail service or express companies for exchanging. We do not accept items returned by surface mail. If the items are damaged or lost during the process of delivery, customers shall be responsible for all risks.
